Step 2:
Yarn over and insert your hook into the next stitch.
Step 3:
Yarn over and draw a loop through the stitch and the first loop on your hook.
Step 4:
Yarn over again and draw the yarn through the last 2 loops on your hook. You have now completed your first herringbone half double crochet stitch.
Step 5:
Yarn over and insert your hook into the next stitch.
Step 6:
Yarn over and draw a loop through the stitch and the first loop on your hook.
Step 7:
Yarn over again and draw the yarn through the last 2 loops on your hook.
Step 8:
Repeat working hhdc stitches until you reach the end of the row.
You have now completed a row of herringbone half double crochet!
